The dutch striker Shanice van de Sanden is moving from Olympique Lyon to VfL Wolfsburg with immediate effect. The 27-year-old striker has signed a 2-year deal with the German champions until June 2022.
She is a European champion, triple UWCL winner and triple Division 1 Arkema champion. The 27-year-old striker has signed a contract with Wolfsburg until June 30, 2022.

Van de Sanden, who was born in Utrecht in the Netherlands before her time in France also won two championships in the BeNe League with FC Twente and two Dutch Cups with FC Utrecht in the 2009/2010 and the FC Twente in the 2014/2015 season. Just before moving to the France and Lyon in the summer of 2017, van de Sanden played also one season for Liverpool which was her first career move abroad. Before that, the right-footed striker played for FC Twente for almost five years (2011 to 2016), before that she played for SC Heerenveen (2010/2011) and for FC Utrecht (2008 to 2010).
